"Every year, my landlord requires proof of renters insurance and doesn't accept renewal statements which was all that was available to me on the State Farm app. I forwarded Jeff the email my landlord sent me and asked if he can help. He not only got the document needed but emailed my landlord DIRECTLY to take care of this situation. That's going above and beyond and I appreciate Jeff Lester taking care of that for me. "I’ve been a customer of Jeff Lester for over 25 years and have multiple policies with his agency. Yesterday, I reached out to Jeff with concerns about increases in my homeowner’s insurance and mentioned that I was considering switching to another company. Jeff spent more than 45 minutes walking me through not only the details of my current coverage but also how the insurance system works as a whole. He took the time to compare my State Farm policy with the policy I was considering elsewhere and made sure I understood the differences.
